Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training brings together health and fitness enthusiasts, medical experts, fitness clubs, organizations and businesses focused on healthy living, nutritionists and chefs to promote health and fitness awareness and knowledge while having fun. Two days of free health screenings and counseling, fitness activities and demonstrations plus raffle prizes, games and lots of entertainment for all.
Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation and the Head of the General Women’s Union, the Health & Fitness Fun Day will offer a full immersion of free activities all around the theme of health and wellbeing from 3rd to 4th March 2013.
“Stay healthy, have fun, live happy!” is the essence of the message that ACTVET would like to spread amongst the community of Abu Dhabi. By promoting the Health & Fitness Fun Day the Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training - ACTVET aims to instill, especially in the youngster, a new lifestyle that comprises an active routine, a balanced diet, regular health checkups and of course…a good dose of fun!
